Nordstrom is one of the few major big box retailers that has stood the test of time — symbolizing luxury, service and quality. Anchoring Westfield’s UTC shopping district in La Jolla, Nordstrom sought an exterior that communicated the same sophistication and class that could be found inside. Drawing on classical white stone color tones, California Sheet Metal coupled Kynar-finished aluminum panels with majestic porcelain tiles from Spain.
